SGMO is a TMO - Tenant Management Organisation
Seeing what is the TMO and what do we do?
TMO stands for Tenant Management Organisation. The TMO is run by the residents of the estate who have become shareholders and committee members.
Become a shareholder:
To become a shareholder you need to contact the TMO office and apply for one share at a cost of 10p, you will be issued a share certificate which then enables you to vote at open meeting on issues relating to the estate.
Democratic involvement:
The committee hold four public meetings per year, one of which is an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Elections:
At the AGM you may apply to be elected as a board member and help by being involved in running the estate.
